We provide comprehensive construction solutions for clients located east of Fort Myers. Our professional services include, but are not limited to:
New builds
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
General remodeling and repairs
Framing and siding installation
Tiles, flooring, and painting
Specific service details, project scope, pricing, and scheduling will be explicitly confirmed at the time of booking or outlined in your project contract to ensure we deliver a quality project on time and with attention to detail.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a different payment schedule (such as milestone payments for larger renovations or new builds) is otherwise agreed upon in your contract. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and digital payments, for your convenience.
We carefully schedule our crews to ensure timely project delivery. Therefore, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees to cover mobilized resources and scheduling adjustments.
WB Home & Building Corp is fully insured and bonded to give you peace of mind while we work on your property. While we operate with the utmost care, our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.
To help us complete your project efficiently, clients are responsible for providing our team with safe, reliable access to the property during scheduled work hours. We also require clients to safely secure or remove any valuable, personal, or fragile items from the designated construction, remodeling, or painting zones before work begins.
